The fine print, in plain words
What does “unlimited” actually mean?
No plan limit on sections, hotspots per section, or custom presets from Starter up. Like every serious app we keep a far-away technical hard cap purely against abuse — a real store will never see it.
What happens if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your sections, presets and settings are all kept; features above your new plan stop rendering on the storefront (for example, Shop the Look and discounts pause below Growth) and resume the moment you upgrade again. Plan limits apply right away: on Free, at most three sections stay live — if you had more published, the extras switch back to drafts, ready to re-publish after an upgrade.
How does the trial work?
Every paid plan starts with 7 free days through Shopify’s standard billing. Cancel within the trial and you pay nothing; there are no separate trial limitations — you get the full plan.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes — every paid plan has a yearly option that saves you about two months versus paying monthly: Starter $79.99, Pro $149.99, Growth $299.99 per year. Switch between monthly and yearly anytime from the app’s Plans page; Shopify shows exactly what changes before you confirm.
Is the Free plan really usable?
